1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AXAD ("the Application"), an internal ad operations management platform provided by AXIS Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

The Application is an internal tool available exclusively to AXIS Inc. employees and externally authorized users approved by AXIS Inc. The Application provides the following capabilities:

• Centralized management and monitoring of campaign data across multiple advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Configuration and management of automated campaign operation rules
• Advertising performance reporting and analytics
• Workflow management for ad submission processes

3. Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Eligibility

Access to the Application is restricted to Google accounts under the @shibuya-ad.com or @axis-company.jp domains, or accounts that have been explicitly approved by AXIS Inc.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any suspicious activity, you must immediately notify your system administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any purpose other than authorized business operations
• Access data belonging to other users or advertisers without a legitimate business need
• Share or disclose data obtained through the Application to unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security features of the Application
• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Application's infrastructure
• Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws or internal company policies

5. Data Handling

Advertising platform data accessed through the Application is handled in accordance with each platform's terms of service and our Privacy Policy. You are obligated to manage any data you access through the Application with appropriate care and treat it as confidential business information.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including its software, design, and content, are owned by AXIS Inc. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive right to access the Application for authorized business use under these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Application. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to changes in advertising platform API specifications, scheduled maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons such as employment termination or internal role changes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, we will notify users through appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
